Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit the demo or pilot form we collect the work email address, company name and city you enter, the type of request you selected, and — if you fill in the optional second step — your shipment volume, team size, current tools, main operational challenge and preferred contact channel.

If you arrive from a campaign link, we also record the utm_source and utm_campaign values in the address so we know which campaign the request came from.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, personal data about your customers, drivers or carriers through this form.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and prepare the conversation you asked for. That is the only reason we need any of it.

If — and only if — you tick the optional consent box, we may also send occasional product updates. That box is never required in order to be contacted about your request, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message we send you.

How it reaches us

The form sends your answers to our own endpoint, which forwards them by email to our team and stores nothing on this website.

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the request as it passes through, including your IP address, for delivery and abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to check that a submission is not automated.

The email is delivered through Resend, our email provider.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which sections are read. It does not follow you across other websites and does not build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within 24 months. If you become a customer, your contact details are kept for the life of the commercial relationship and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and the service providers named above, which act on our instructions and only to deliver the service described here.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.

Where the GDPR applies to you, you may also object to our processing, ask us to restrict it, request your data in a portable format, and complain to your national supervisory authority.
